The Opportunity:

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with business owners and C-Suite executives to develop insurance and risk management solutions for their business. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong sales background as well as excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying and assessing insurance needs of clients to build personalized plans
  • Generating new strategies to attract clients in the organizations target markets
  • Attending networking events and conducting in-person meetings to generate and close leads
  • Supporting with efforts related to marketing and commercial policies

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven work experience in sales
  • Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering value to clients
  • Excellent at generating new customer pipelines
  • Passionate about sales and delivering solutions
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a Customer Relationship Management System
  • Willingness to obtain RIBO license
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
