Join our team TELUS will help fuel the next chapter of Mobile Klinik's rapid growth, as well as increase customer awareness & usage of Mobile Klinik's services. Together we will also expand the availability of CPO (certified pre-owned) devices, grow our accessories business, enhance our repair and warranty experience, and execute on referral and activation offers. The Marketing & Customer Experience and TELCO team is looking for a bright, ambitious, super-talented digital marketer to drive transformation and performance for our digital marketing campaigns, digital footprint & website. You will collaborate with teams within TELUS, our marketing agency and marketing partners to take a data-driven approach to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, experiment with new marketing technologies and ultimately drive increased return on our advertising spend. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together You will work in tight partnership with our external digital & media agencies and internal stakeholders to implement transformational change, leveraging your strong analytical skills, digital marketing know-how, and results-oriented thinking to drive digital marketing performance improvement. Here's how Analyze real-time digital media performance to identify optimization opportunities Identify data, measurement and AI-based solutions to keep Mobile Klinik at the leading edge of paid media performance vs. both Canadian and global benchmarks Provide results-oriented recommendations to inform future campaign development and optimize customer experience Spearhead the development and implementation of digital marketing performance tests and innovation projects Manage journey mapping and online digital optimization opportunities Oversee all organic digital outcomes including SEO, GBP (Google Business Profile), Site links, Social media and digital content Define & execute a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and work closely with our digital agency to deliver against core business objectives Understand the digital platforms and have the capabilities to implement change or optimizations directly via Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TikTok and more Present commentary, insights and program status updates to all levels of the TELUS organization Nurture and grow our direct relationships with key platform partners, including (but not limited to) Google, Amazon, Meta and TikTok You're the missing piece of the puzzle Recognized for your work with executing high performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive sales, leads and app downloads Recognized for your work with supporting website development and maintenance to drive sales, leads and app downloads You’re known for your determination to push forward complex projects while working with multiple stakeholders You have a strong understanding of business, ecommerce & UX/UI fundamentals Proven track record of turning data into insights to drive actions and outcomes using your background with marketing platforms including Google and Meta as well as Google Analytics, DOMO and / or Adobe Analytics Strong understanding of cross-channel attribution models With exceptional communication and project management work, you have a track record of spearheading projects and bringing teams together to guide change in partnership with cross-functional teams Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities; able to craft concise and compelling results-oriented stories tailored to the audience Natural business and industry curiosity and a willingness to listen to, explore, and present new ideas Experience working in or with marketing agencies Great-to-haves Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce Dashboard & BI tool experience Understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) and cross-channel audience strategy and measurement
