Role : Relationship specialist-HR Location : Moncton or Fredericton Modality : Hybrid Permanent position Our partner, a fast-growing transportation company in Canada, is looking for an HR professional who is looking for a new and stimulating challenge . You'll be working with employees and partners to support operational growth. Advantages What would be offered for this role : • Competitive salary; • Complete range of social benefits (group insurance, pension plan, etc.); • Paid sick and personal days; • Dynamic and passionate team; • Opportunity to grow within the organization; Responsibilities What you would be doing as a relationship specialist : • Work with different business partners and operations management to resolve concerns and complaints, promote a constructive and cooperative approach to problem solving, investigate complaints. • Collaborate with teams on initiatives that offer high quality services with a focus on value, revenue generation and customer focus for partners. • Ensure that all activities carried out comply with applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures. • Responsible for communication with our partners to keep them informed of our products, services, training, etc. • Accompany the various stakeholders towards partnership and collaborative management to equip them adequately to fulfill their roles and responsibilities vis-à-vis our business partners. • Participate in daily operations in our various stations in your region. Qualifications What we are looking for : • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field • Work experience in human resources. •Labour relations experience is also an asset • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a strong asset Summary You have a question ?
