Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of our major Oil and Gas clients located in Moncton, New Brunswick. As the first point of contact for some of the organization's largest accounts, you would be responsible for ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and resolving any issues with their orders.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Follow up on any customer inquiries or issues to ensure their prompt resolution
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments (sales, warehouse, supply chain) to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in SAP and Salesforce

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Experience with various sales and customer service systems such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
