Building Maintenance Operator - WOperations · Conklin, AlbertaLocation: Cenovus Christina LakeSchedule: 8 / 6 Accommodations: Camp Provided Travel: Flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton Position Responsibilities Be responsible for camp, building and building support system operations for assigned buildings and areas;Conduct building and area walkthroughs to monitor equipment function and to identify issues or deficiencies;Monitor the building management systems to identify issues;Perform corrective maintenance within the quick report requirements and enter notifications for all other found work;Support Maintenance Technicians in preventative and corrective maintenance;Onboard and Supervise contractors, vendors and others performing work in assigned buildings and areas;Co-ordinate shut down/startup of building systems for maintenance or projects.
