Our client in the automotive dealership field is actively looking for its new Sales and Customer Service Agent (SCSO). Responsibilities The responsibilities of this customer service and sales role are: - Follow-up calls with rental customers for lease renewals - File and invoice follow-up - Cold calling to ensure customer retention - All other related customer service tasks over the phone Qualifications The qualifications required to apply as a sales and customer service representative are : - Experience in a car dealership - Experience in customer service - Sales experience or strong interest - Fluent written and spoken English and French, many customers are outside the province - Excellent customer service skills and professional communication - Dynamic personality, autonomous and multitasker Summary Is this job for you?
