Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare, issue and send out invoices and statements
  • Accurately receive and record payments (cash, cheque and credit)
  • Accurately receive shipments and enter inventory into system
  • Work with Accounting Manager to collect overdue balances
  • Place parts and inventory orders
  • Greet and assist customers via phone and in-person
  • Work with shop personnel to schedule workflow
  • Schedule rentals
  • Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness

Qualifications :

  • Experience using GemCar System or similar would be an asset
  • Experience with any accounting software would be an asset
  • Data entry (including inventory entry, receiving shipments, etc.)
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suites proficiently
  • Ability to work in an efficient and organized manner to complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently and/or with little supervision
  • Some automotive and/or equipment knowledge would be an asset, but is not required

Wage is negotiable and based on experience. This is a full-time permanent position. Benefits available.
