If so, we want to hear from you!We are currently seeking an O&M Supervisor to join our team in Central Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance and inspections of various complex provincially owned water infrastructure projects over a large geographical area in Central Alberta. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of all provincially owned water management infrastructure in the Camrose, Red Deer, and Vermilion areas as well as associated mechanical, electrical and civil works. The infrastructure includes dams, pump stations, pipelines, canal systems, and weirs. Complete required scheduled inspections to determine changing site conditions, structural conditions, and maintenance requirements. Monitor projects to ensure operational objectives are being met during varied flow conditions, including floods and droughts. Operate various water infrastructure according to operating plans, and engage with various stakeholders and landowners related to operations or concerns. Participate in the on-site Workplace Health and Safety Program in accordance with the Department's Health and Safety policy.
