As a Territory Manager - Sales and Clinical for Alberta and Saskatchewan Canada you will drive sustainable long-term sales growth with existing and new customers which consist of Nephrologists, Nursing Staff, Allied Health Care Professionals, Clinic Directors, and Purchasing Managers.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, Implement, Manage and Adjust strategic and innovative territory sales tactics to achieve annual sales targets by using business Baxter annual plans, and corresponding sales and clinical reports
  • Lead the completion of Annual Territory Tactical plans by assessing comprehensive sales and clinical reports and completing SWOT assessment for the territory
  • Promote the therapy of Peritoneal Dialysis consistent with peer-reviewed scientific literature and clinical guidelines
  • Ensure a deep understanding and high proficiency with Renal PD therapy, Baxter’s products, services, programs, and other RRT therapies where necessary
  • Work with Medical and Marketing to effectively implement continuous learning opportunities for external partners in alignment with Baxter’s capabilities
  • Conduct needs assessment and evaluation of the opportunity supporting the territory to evaluate barriers to growth and support future project planning as required
  • Contribute to the enhancement and standardization of new clinical education content whereby key messages are aligned with annual marketing plans and business priorities

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Health Science such as Nursing, Nurse practitioner, or Clinical Dietetics
  • Member of accredited professional association in good standing with a Health Care Designation such as RN, NP, RD
  • 5 years Sales Experience and Clinical Experience in Acute Care facility or Clinical environment
  • Previous clinical experience and the willingness to advance and learn renal therapies to support business requirements with customers in the areas of pre-dialysis care and peritoneal dialysis
  • Ability to travel 50% within the dedicate region of Alberta & Saskatchewan
