Business System Specialist II - Any Location

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVINGwe are looking for a Business System Specialist II to join our fast-paced and energetic organization working out of any of our locations. Business System Specialists provide support to the organization for a variety of business applications including Business Information Systems, CRMs, Field Service applications, and John Deere Dealer tools. Each specialist needs to be technically competent, have strong information seeking and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms, and demonstrate an engaged and committed approach to customer service. Key Responsibility Areas: Provide technical support and problem resolution for business applications.Work with departments to understand and align applications with business processes.Provide training to end-users to maximize use of business applications.Work with application vendors to customize and configure systems to meet business needs.Work with application vendors to oversee application updates, maintenance, and ensure consistent performance and minimize disruption.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper management of data within business applications.Creating and maintaining documentation regarding the maintenance and support of business applications.Managing and participating in projects as assigned. Critical Capabilities: Strong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are requiredUp-to-date skills and knowledge of business applicationsMust be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis Desired Experience and Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience with Business Information Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning systems, CRMs, or dealership business applications.Certifications or experience with IT Service Management, Project Management, CRM solutions, or data management are an asset.
