Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Support for newcomers and refugees Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youths Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations Support for mature workers Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
