C-Store Supervisor

What you’ll do: Reporting to the C-Store Manager, a C-Store Keyholder/Supervisor participates as a member of the Parkway Co-op Ltd. organization to assist the C-Store Manager and C-Store Supervisor II with the day-to-day operations of the location.This role may be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising other employees, delegating tasks, maintaining all standards within the location, receiving deliveries under established Co-op procedures. Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on employee engagement. Service vehicles with fuel, lubricants and accessories including propane. Handle lottery and tobacco products. Merchandise product and build displays. Clean pump islands, sweep or mop aisles and perform other general cleaning duties. Other duties as assigned.
