Budget Blinds of Tri-Cities, is looking to compliment our team with a showroom Customer Experience Representative (AKA Pre-sales) who has the right attitude and customer service skills that can sell the customer on why they want there appointment and be able to show them basic products.

Budget Blinds specializes in window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and more.

Job Types : Full Time, hourly

SALARY : $42,000 per year

DAILY DUTIES/ Responsiblities :

  • Answering phones/ customer service
  • Booking appointments/ In charge of 5-8 persons calenders
  • showing walk in customers the products we offer and benefits
  • Using Microsoft word to track where leads come from
  • Inputting customer information into CRM platform
  • Taking transactions/ sending reciepts
  • keeping track of shop supply list
  • Greeting customers in showroom

Language :

  • English (required)

office Experience:

  • 2-3 years preferred

Salary : From $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education :

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
