You will have theopportunity to use your expertise in the development, planning andimplementation of change management initiatives to ensure the success oftransformation projects. Your leadership, adaptability and excellentcommunication skills will enable you to work collaboratively with projectteams, business partners and stakeholders, contributing to the success of our large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $million to upwards of $1 billion.Take part in high-profile projects.Influence process development and change implementation.Advise or coach colleagues in change management for strategic, multi-disciplinary and highly complex transformation initiatives, being at the heart of multi-stakeholder discussions.Reporting to the Vice President - Talent, Culture & Leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring change management and execution, defining communication and training methods as well as strategies and plans supporting projects.Develop communication plans to inform stakeholders of upcoming changes and help facilitate their adoption.Work closely with project leaders and operational teams to identify barriers to change and develop plans to overcome them.Skillfully coach and support managers at all hierarchical levels in the implementation of change initiatives.Work with PX³ to design and plan training programs to help employees acquire the skills they need to succeed.This may include facilitating learning sessions and coordinating the dissemination of information and all development activities.Assess the impact of changes on processes and employees in order to develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts.Measure the results of change management initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities for transformation projects.What YOU Will BringAt least 7 years of relevant experience in managing complex changes related to strategic initiatives.
