Experience Requirements

  • Administrative experience is ideal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite Products. (gmail/google calendar)
  • High verbal and written communication skills.
  • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Escalate concerns to respective parties as needed.
  • Update tenant and owner portals and provide quarterly reports.
  • Post notice to tenants for required entry/repairs.
  • Prepare and deliver property management contracts to owners.
  • Prepare and deliver new tenant and owner welcome packages.
  • Assist with data entry, marketing creating and filing

Administrative/Legal

  • Manage weekly team meeting minutes/ update trello board
  • Prepare and deliver legal LTB forms following the proper procedures.
  • Escalate issues to our team’s paralegal when necessary.
  • Co-ordinate utility set up and payment for properties
  • Co-ordinate payment plans with tenants and our Accounting Department.
  • Track delinquency and rental arrears.
  • Maintain supply levels for business materials.

Financial

  • Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Modern Office Space In Hamilton

Salary : $18.00-$22.00 per hour

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education :

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience :

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
