Duties :
- Generate, maintain, and follow up on your own leads
- Maintain a high closing ratio
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high gross profit (front/back)
- Complete all paperwork and contracts in accordance with company policies
- Work with the inventory manager to ensure proper ACV values.
- Log all communications in the CRM system.
Requitements :
- Proven history of success as an automotive Sales and Finance person/manager.
- Positive references from bank reps/ warranty reps
- The ability to competently learn and use technology including phone systems, Office365, various computer programs, CRM, DMS, and the Microsoft Office suite.
