As our Product Pricing Analyst, you would be responsible for primarily pricing analysis, competitor intelligence and researching opportunities in the market. Daily workflow would revolve around developing analysis for the product pricing team which would help drive company revenue. The person in this role would be coordinating with different teams in the business, and ability to communicate effectively is key. This position would assist in leveraging data analysis tools and techniques for developing pricing and sales analytics.

What will you do :

  • Help drive the pricing strategy of the organization.
  • Work for effective development of pricing and analytic tools and techniques.
  • Assess data from a variety of sources to derive trends and insights.
  • Identify prospects for improving processes in managing operations with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the overall business.
  • Perform pricing analysis of products and SKUs.
  • Conduct sales analysis for different segments.
  • Take part in data cleaning and data manipulation activities.
  • Play an active role in managing the operational mix of tasks with different stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify pricing opportunities for increasing customer base and revenue.
  • Help develop and implement competitor intelligence tools and techniques
  • Preparation of documentations and presentation
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

In order to be successful, you bring :

  • An undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an analytical role revolving around pricing/economic/financial analysis
  • Prior experience working with high volumes of data and conducting market research
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data manipulation languages (Python, R) and PowerBI
  • Experience working in the Ecommerce/pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Experience working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is an asset
  • Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (specially Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Adaptability to learn new technology tools.
