The position entails:

  • Customer Support
  • Training
  • Running SQL scripts
  • Software implementations

We use a variety of tools to support our clients including JIRA, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, GoToAssist and others. Don’t know some or any of this software? No problem, we support growth through teamwork and encourage continuous learning and development. Know other things, great! We are constantly looking to use the right tools for the job.
