To learn more about Westburne, please visit us at  LifeHere.westburne.ca and westburne.ca   What You Will Do With Us As the District Manager , you will be responsible for leading a team of Branch Managers and inside Sales Representatives to grow both our sales and overall presence across the Northern  Ontario (Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Bracebridge, Parry Sound, Midland, Collingwood and Owen Sound) . This will include developing strong and productive relationships with internal customers and external customers and partners.   You Will Thrive With Us by: Successfully managing and mentoring your team, and leading them to profitably grow their business and outpace their competition Developing and executing branch sales plans with your team to increase each location’s number of active customers and optimize its product mix. Attracting talent to the organization through being visible in the industry and community, and building your own and Westburne’s brand. Building an energetic, positive team culture focused on success and positive growth Leading your district to financial success and also communicate accurate forecast and performance information - you will have full P&L responsibility Being close to you customers – understanding the business outcomes they seek, identifying trends, new products and competitive activities. Developing sustained trust with internal team members, key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Managing customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues Ultimately by being a prominent Brand Ambassador in our industry, by being visible and focusing on the Customer experience within your district.  Being recognized as a trusted and reliable resource to our customers and within our organization.     Who Are You Ideally, you have a relevant post-secondary education. A minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally at a sales leadership level. You have strong planning, analytical, organizational, decision making and time management skills plus strong business and financial acumen You genuinely like people, and are focused on creating a positive customer and employee experience. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral.) and can communicate, present and effectively influence at all levels of the organization You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.
