Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising
• Proven track record of managing $100k+ annual ad budgets
• Experience as a Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in both social and PPC advertising
• In-depth knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and search engines (Google, Bing)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns
• Experience in storyboarding for social ads is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
