Ref ID: 05010-0012421419 Classification: Systems Administrator Compensation: $70000.00 to $80000.00 yearly Reporting to the Manager, IT & Cyber Security the Systems Administrator will be responsible for day to day IT & Cyber Security support and administration. In addition, the Systems Administrator will be a key technical resource on multiple projects.  Key Expectations and Deliverables Hands on administration of various IT & Cyber Security systems such as – Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 (Especially Teams & Intune), MAC OS, iOS, Mimecast, Arctic Wolf, Sentinel One, Forescout, Forcepoint, Duo, Okta As assigned through the outsourced Help Desk, complete tickets and support users directly whenever needed – remote or onsite Provide “white glove” onboarding to all new central services and contact centre management employees, along with store management employees in our different locations Act as a technical escalation to our outsourced Help Desk Act as an IT Subject Matter Expert & technical resource on projects Play a role in architecting solutions Complete and maintain appropriate documentation Act as backup to the Desktop Support Technician role Some evening and weekend work will be required for emergency troubleshooting and project launches The role is based in Windsor but is a Hybrid role –  so will need to be local to the Windsor area Will be required to travel infrequently to other locations RHTP501 Job Requirements: Graduate of a College or University program in Information Technology 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role Relevant Technical Certifications (Microsoft, CISSP) are an asset Hands on experience with IT infrastructure such as Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop operating systems, VMware, SANs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 (Especially Teams & Intune), networking (switches, wireless access points, firewalls), MAC OS, iOS Hands on experience with cyber security tools such as Mimecast, Artic Wolf, Sentinel One, Forescout, Forcepoint, Duo, Okta Excellent customer service skills Sound judgment and decision making skills Demonstrate flexibility and embrace change Self-starter and self-motivated, able to work on own and as part of team environment Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities Great organizational and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Must have and maintain a valid driver's license  Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
