Establish commercial claims advocate KPI’sMaintain strong relationships with our top carriers The Successful candidate will have:*If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply* High School Diploma and/or Post-Secondary Education6-8 years Industry Experience, Claims experience neededP&C Insurance License(s) across multiple Canadian provinces preferredPrevious experience managing a team requiredHigh degree of professionalism, diplomacy and integrity;Excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolution.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking.Able to work both individually and in a team environmentEPIC broker management system is requiredProficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, OutlookStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
