Requirements

  • High school diploma, or Equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Intermediate accounting and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise a team.
  • Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver high quality service.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met.
