Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their Canadian immigration journey, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client eligibility for immigration.
  • Offer expert advice on immigration requirements and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications meticulously.
  • Liaise with government entities, representing clients effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in immigration consultancy.
  • Proficient in application preparation and submission.
  • In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration policies.
  • Exceptional communication and client service aptitude.
  • Self-driven with the capability to handle complex cases.
  • Preferred: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Social Work.
  • Mandatory: Active membership with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Additional Requirements:

  • CICC accreditation is essential.
  • MIFI certification is advantageous.

Core Tasks:

  • Guide clients through pre-MIFI procedures, including CAQs and CSQs.
  • Offer consultations for study, work permits, and other immigration pathways.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for immigration inquiries.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Canadian immigration law.
  • Manage client cases from initiation to completion.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Canadian governmental agencies.
  • Ensure accurate client data management in compliance with CICC standards.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English is required; French and Arabic is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
  • Independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
  • Adaptability and self-sufficiency.

Employment Details:

  • Full-time position.
  • Salary Range: $62,400 - $83,200 annually.
