Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Remove snow and ice from surfaces using hand tools and power tools
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall or icy conditions
- Follow designated routes and schedules for snow removal
- Ensure safe operation of snow plow equipment and adherence to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including irrigation and garden care
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in snow removal
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
