In addition to hourly wage, we provide stipends for participation in our health & safety committee, first aid, shift differential, etc.•Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and established procedures •Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems•Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems•Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble•Perform and document routine maintenance•Other duties that apply•7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.•Carry out all tasks per our maintenance control manual and maintenance policy manual is required. •Assist in in training and coaching of Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance to transfer skills is required.•Main bases are: (may be required to travel to the following places to work) o5400 Airport Road South, Richmond, B.C. (YVR Hangar)o4680 Cowley Crescent, Richmond, B.C. (West Hangar)o4700 Cowley Crescent, Richmond, B.C. (Paint Shop and Welding)•Sub-bases:oCXH - Coal Harbour, Unit #1 Burrard Landing – 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, B.CoYWH - Victoria Harbour, 1000 Wharf St., Victoria, B.C.oAs well as water bases as required. •ME (M1) license; or A&P, IA, EASA (B1 and/or B2), •LAME, SACAA, or an equivalent license/certification and be eligible to obtain the AME (M1) license from Transport Canada is required. •Experience with: Cessna series including 208B, PC-12, DeHavill and DHC 2, DHC2 (T) DHC3(T), DHC 6, Robinson Piston Helicopters, Quest Kodiak 100 series, Gippsland single piston, Grumman twin piston, Weatherly, and additional aircraft as per our AMO Ratings is an asset. Having experience with several of the listed aircraft is required or similar but not all types.
