As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.Deliver on strong site health, safety and environmental performance every dayDrive the work processes and standards to ensure the highest production quality and productivityWork collaboratively with cross functional leaders to balance your team's capacity with prioritized activities KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for ISC performance on delivering good quality product on time.Ensure Right-size production capacity to support demand through Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP).Manage Direct Labor resource to support customer on time delivery and agile in resource deployment.Ensure good product quality and comply with Work Instruction or Manufacturing Operations and Tooling.Review Overall Equipment Efficiency and work with cross-functions to reduce equipment down time.Drive Culture of continuous improvement.Participate in Automation and LEAN manufacturing discussion.The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment.
