Job DescriptionField Service Engineer - London - North/North WestThis is a field-based role with a territory covering the North/North West area of the M25.Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to possess a qualification in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering and have gained experience working in a customer-facing field service or technical support environment.Full and comprehensive product training will be provided, so applicants are welcome from Service Engineers from a broad array of backgrounds and industry sectors.What you will do:This role is home-based and will involve travelling to customer sites throughout the region ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.Installation and commissioning of new systems.End user training.Sales support.We are looking for someone who has:Previous field service experience in the electro-mechanical field.Clean driving licence.Flexibility and the ability to respond well to change and pressure, along with a methodical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.A passion for excellent customer support with a personable approach and the ability to communicate at all levels to develop long-standing customer relationships.Good knowledge of Microsoft operating platforms (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues.Minimum 1-3 years of experience servicing analytical equipment.
