It manages the entire lifecycle of the receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries..

What your day and week could look like

The Business Systems Analyst works closely with technology partners (external vendors, internal software and IT groups) and business stakeholders to create technology solutions that fuel growth and innovation.

Core Mandate

  • Capture, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Map process and contribute to continuous process and business improvement
  • Understand business rules and business processes
  • Review solution documents from vendors and perform traceability activities against requirements, and ultimately obtain approvals from applicable stakeholders
  • Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing. On occasion, complete end-to-end testing
  • Contribute to project or product management activities such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying dependencies
  • Assist in improving requirement documentation, testing framework, enhancement intake process best practices, and templates
  • Coordinate production deployments with Product Delivery and Operational Change Management teams

How you bring your passion for success

  • 3+ years or more in product and process project management
  • Demonstrated implementation of project management strategies, processes, and methods
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
  • Savvy skill in communicating complex technical and business concepts to non-technical key stakeholders
  • Collaborative abilities to build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and achieve results
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility in style and approach from tactical and strategic; partnering and influencing; support and innovation
  • Capacity to prioritize and pivot with a variety of competing initiatives
  • Dependability, self-motivation, and personal accountability
  • Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions
  • Confident in problem-solving, negotiating, and common-sense decision making
