The HR Manager will be a self-motivator, a people leader, an innovative thinker, a relationship builder, a time management expert, an analytical and creative problem-solver, and a strong team player. They will be able to work collaboratively in influencing, coaching, supporting, and advising as needed by taking initiative and following the guidance of the Senior Management.

  • Design and Oversee HR Policies and Compensation and Benefits documentation
  • Develop and Implement Performance Management framework
  • Ensure Compliance to Employment Standards and latest trends and best practices
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
  • Develop programs and training that focuses on improving employee engagement and well being
  • Manage Employee sick days, Vacation, and Paid Time off
  • Oversee employee events, social events, corporate events, customer events
  • Act as liaison with all employees to address any HR, Culture and People Management queries
  • Developing HR reports and KPIs for continuous Improvement - cost per hire, time to hire, submittal to hire, turnover, engagement etc.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Relevant, certified HR professional designation
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and transferable experience

This is a full-time in-person position. We offer a highly competitive compensation package (commensurate on experience), which includes vacation and sick time, profit sharing bonus structure, and health benefits package from day one.
