Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Blackrete Builders. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, document control, submittals, closeout, and more. You will work closely with our Project Managers through all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in project coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certification or degree in construction management or related field is a plus
