Job Description As Operations Manager, you will manage client and team-specific operational projects and initiatives across every practice area within the agency, including Strategy/Planning, Media Investment, Search, Finance, and SLA compliance. This role is responsible for providing centralized operational leadership and will collaborate across all account stakeholder groups to ensure all key milestones are being met.This function and report into the Operations Lead at Publicis Concierge, our Power of One (Po1) Model Servicing our Four Seasons client. In addition, the Operations Manager will bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. ResponsibilitiesOperationsUnderstand client business needs and execute projects to drive operational excellenceOversee and manage day-to-day operations, projects, and initiatives within the organizationDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiencyMonitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operationsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standardsIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality of the agency product or SLAsContinuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance overall productivityPrepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for senior managementPrepare and present client/internal communications materials in support of onboarding and trainingGovernanceEstablish and enforce standard operational policies and procedures (SOPs)Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company standardsDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performanceEnsure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and internal stakeholdersOversee the preparation and delivery of client reports and presentationsFacilitate communication and alignment across multiple departments/teams on operational mattersProvide quality assurance (QA) support across all projects to ensure operational excellenceAdministrationOrganize and facilitate project meetings, all-hands sessions, and training sessionsAdminister surveys and gather feedback to improve team culture and operationsSupport the Operations Lead in various administrative tasks and projectsDocument meeting action items, creation of tasks, and assign responsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior managementAdminister surveys to capture feedback on improving ways of workingParticipate in and/or lead meetings as directed by the Operations Lead Professional SkillsStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutionsExceptional multi-tasking skills to manage concurrent projects and priorities simultaneouslyPossesses a high level of organization, attention to detail, and expertise in time managementTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingInquisitive nature and willingness to challenge existing processes for continuous improvementExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing operationsProficient communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and conciselyAbility to engage, lead, and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organizationCan quickly learn, adopt, and teach new platforms and technologies independentlyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field6+ years experience leading Digital Marketing projects with successful track-record of deliveryStrong proficiency in project and production management methodologies and toolsPerpetual learner with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skillsExperience in implementing process improvements and optimizing operational efficiencyAdvanced communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to start and manage and projects, end-to-endEagle eye for QA including proofreading, branding, and formatting of marketing materialsHighly efficient in Microsoft Office suite including – SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, ExcelPrevious experience with Project/Task Management Platforms – Asana, Teamwork, Monday.comPrevious experience in marketing or media agency background considered a significant plus
