As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.Send and receive various documents to update accounts.Find solutions and arrange payment(s).Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.
