Front Desk Agent

  1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Front desk agents are responsible for welcoming guests, handling the check-in process, and providing them with their room keys. They also handle check-out procedures, including settling any outstanding bills and collecting feedback from departing guests.

  2. Reservation Management: Front desk agents manage room reservations, ensure accurate information is entered into the hotel’s reservation system, check room availability, and assist guests with modifying and canceling their reservations.

  3. Guest Services: Front desk agents serve as a point of contact for guests, address guest concerns, complaints, or inquiries. This may involve resolving issues related to room assignments, housekeeping, maintenance, billing, or any other aspect of their stay.

  4. Billing and Payments: Front desk agents handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions, accepting cash payments, and issuing receipts.

  5. Security and Safety: Front desk agents should monitor the lobby area, check guest identification when necessary, and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20 per hour
