Minimum Qualifications: •    3+ years of related field experience  •    Excellent knowledge of fundamental engineering principles •    Valid G License with flexibility to travel  Preferred Qualifications: •    Experience with cold pavement technologies, pavement design, materials testing, OPSS, ASTM, AASHTO, LS standards considered as an asset •    Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma Day in the life: The responsibilities associated with this position primarily focus on the technical support, optimization, innovation, and implementation of cold processes serviced by Miller Paving Limited and associated companies.  In this role you will work closely with pertinent business sector managers to ensure that technical goals are achieved for existing and new, innovative processes. These processes include preservation methods such as Micro Surfacing, Slurry Surfacing, and Seal Coats and rehabilitation methods such as Cold In-Place Recycling, Full Depth Reclamation, and Cold Milling.  On a daily basis you will provide technical support and training to group staff on quality control practices, mix designs, understanding specifications, testing procedures, and improving processes and equipment along with Researching and developing new products and processes.
