We are looking for a host/counter server/barista. The job includes but not limited to: Seating guests in the appropriate sections, maintaining a wait list during busy times, helping clear and reset tables, do roll ups, restock and run food when necessary.
For the counter/barista position, you will need to follow opening/closing procedures, serve from our take out coolers/counter, make a variety of coffees including cappuccinos, lattes, etc., handle cash and complete a daily cash report. Your work area must be kept clean at all times. Occasionally you will assist dining room servers by preparing drinks or plating desserts. There will be various other duties as required as well as end-of-shift cleaning duties.
