The OpportunityVenturis is looking for an ERP D365 Functional Specialist to join our team remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As the ERP D365 Functional Specialist you will work within the F&O ERP space for multiple legal entities and business units as a key member of the ERP team within the IT department. Gathering requirements, analyzing, delivering functional designs and solutions, following best SDLC methodologies, troubleshooting, sharing knowledge and training users and team members will be key responsibilities within this role. The successful candidate must have hands-on working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP solution, and will bring strong application experience in support, design, and configuration of solutions for Finance, Retail, B2B and B2C Sales, Service, and/or Leasing/Rental industries. You will also lead and mentor others and use strong problem solving and analytical skills. You are well-developed team player, excellent communicator, having organizational, and application proficiencies. Hand on experience and well-developed knowledge to develop SOP, Functional Design Documentation, and deliver workflow diagrams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the ERP D365 Functional Specialist your key responsibilities will include: Sustainability Provide day to day ERP functional support for multiple ERPs and legal entities Take initiative to enhance and improve internal processes for the ERP team Manage resolutions delivery objectives, communication, and team status reporting Lead and train team members and end-users Maintain system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts Perform complex day-to-day ERP support activities (Tier 2,3) and problem resolutions ERP Projects Contribute to IT/ERP transformation projects as an ERP SME Work with IT and Business groups to gather and document IT/business requirements Manage projects’ BRD, FRD, QA, UAT, and other related documentation Lead transformation change in both Business and IT practices Lead internal ERP team professional development Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: University degree and/or related certifications Configuration knowledge of D365 F&O, Finance and Operational modules, ISV products and customizations 3+ years of experience working closely with business stakeholders and third party vendors Strong communication skills, mentoring ability, and organizational skills Working experience generating development, operational, administrative documentation Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills An excellent team player ERP Application implementations (D365, SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.) Proficiency with Visio, Microsoft Office productivity tools Knowledge of PMI, Lean, ITIL methodologies Knowledge of end-user support applications (FreshWorks, Jira, Kaseya, …) Software development lifecycle – DevOps Technical proficiency an asset – SQL, scripting, data analysis Previous application consulting and project experience an asset Benefits & Perks Venturis is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Extended health plan – 100% employer paid Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paid Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Wellness days Ongoing professional development opportunities Remote and flexible work The base pay range for this role is: $100,000 plus bonus.
