Monday - Friday day shift

Hourly payroll position

Responsibilities :

  • Answer the phones
  • Provide customer service
  • Data entry including managing company databases
  • Maintain records for vehicles
  • Order material and take inventory
  • Communicate with Vendors
  • Support the office roles of a construction and automotive company

Requirements :

  • Proficient in computers
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft word, excel and one drive
  • Good understanding of basic math
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must be legal to work in Canada

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
