Fleet Technician, Light Duty Trucks

Shift: Morning 6am-2.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $42.50 +OT, benefits

Full Time Permanent; good medical benefits after 6 months , long term career

Location: Richmond, BC

Repair: Light Duty Delivery Truck, Pick Up Truck, Cubical Vans

Clear Criminal Check required; G License required.

Our client is one of the largest employers in logistics supply chain with excellent benefits and offer a long term career. They have a job open for Red Seal Licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journey person) who can work on light duty trucks. This job is based in Richmond, BC . All candidates must be licensed red seal Automotive Service Technicians (no exceptions) All candidates must have a valid G license. This is a straight day shift Monday – Friday 6am -2.30pm.

Red Seal Licensed Automotive Technician will be working on Troubleshoot and repair fleet of light duty trucks, diagnose equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance. You service and maintain diesel equipment, order parts, maintain records and attend to emergency road service issues.

Red Seal Licensed Automotive Technician must have red seal Journeyperson license and ideally 5 years’ experience. Good communication skills in English are a MUST. Ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST . A clear criminal check, written technical test, curb side driving test This is a fast-paced environment. Ability to work straight shifts long term is a MUST have.
