Senior Systems/saas Analyst

A great opportunity to take the step in your career The Senior Systems Software as a Service Analyst is a technical systems role responsible for all major components of a variety of SaaS software solutions, and their day to day operations. This includes operational support, configuration, systems integrations, compliance reviews for privacy, security and legal, user role management and consultancy with line of business users. Job Requirements: Education and Experience A degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software engineering or related technical field, AND a minimum of three years of related experience OR A diploma in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related technical field, AND a minimum of four years of related experience OR A comparable certification in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related technical field AND a minimum of five years of related experience OR A combination of education AND *related experience be considered *Related experience includes: Experience administering and developing with Software as a Service suite of products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesForce, Atlassian Cloud, SharePoint Online, Mural, Miro. Experience transforming operational software systems into Software as a Service. Experience integrating Software as a Service software with existing operational systems, in the cloud or on premises. Experience managing projects, developing action plans, and leading project teams in technical projects in a large enterprise environment. Experience in assessing customer requirements, developing and implementing technical and business solutions using Software as a Service. Ability to provide leadership to highly trained and qualified staff andconsultants.
