Job Overview

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and parties
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure services within budget
  • Manage event budgets effectively
  • Communicate event details to all stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs according to plan
  • Upsell additional services or amenities to clients when appropriate

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in event management or related field
  • Strong guest services and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in budgeting and time management
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to market events effectively

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $41,527.42-$81,195.13 per year
