L-554 Aesthetic Laser and RF Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and certified Aesthetic Laser and RF Specialist to join our team at Island Eyecare and HelixMedspa. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic treatments using both laser and RF (Radio Frequency) technologies, including Forma-i and Lumecca-i. This position demands an in-depth knowledge of dermatological treatments, exceptional patient care skills, and expertise in managing and operating sophisticated aesthetic devices. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough skin evaluations to identify the most effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. - Administer Forma-i RF treatments to improve skin elasticity and texture, diminishing the appearance of fine lines and tightening sagging skin. - Operate the Lumecca-i IPL system to address skin discoloration, sun damage, and vascular lesions, focusing on achieving superior treatment outcomes while ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Uphold strict compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations as set by the clinic and health authorities. - Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, tracking patient progress and outcomes. - Instruct patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care, emphasizing the importance of following prescribed skincare routines. - Keep abreast of the latest in laser and RF technology advancements as well as new aesthetic treatment protocols. - Educate patients about skin health and the specific benefits of their personalized treatment plans. Qualifications: - Certified in Medical Aesthetics with specialized training in laser and RF technologies. - Demonstrable experience with laser and RF treatment procedures. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. - Meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing patient safety and the quality of care. - Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team in a dynamic clinical setting. - A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of aesthetic medicine.
