The  Strategic Facility Management and Business Integration  team play a crucial role in optimizing the value of facility infrastructure by aligning capacity and resources. This involves a balanced approach to managing quality, performance, and risk. The team ensures effective integration and accountability in providing facility infrastructure management and property services, supporting various workloads, stakeholders, and programs. Reporting to the Manager - Environmental Sustainability & Energy; Radiation & Biosafety, you will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Performance and Business Integration (PBI) programs, ensuring effective delivery and high-quality solutions. Your role will involve supporting the environmental sustainability program by collecting and analyzing environmental metrics and emissions data, and exploring automation and best practices in sustainability reporting. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the Radiation & Biological Safety Program, including compliance checks and documentation oversight. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will help develop strategies to enhance reporting, data analytics, and business decision-making. As such, the ideal candidate will have strong skills in data management, strategic planning, and a solid understanding of sustainability practices. Formula for success Leveraging your skills in data management, you will oversee data capturing for the Performance and Business Integration programs, including the assignment, development, approval, and dissemination of data, as well as providing reporting and analytical services to internal and external stakeholders. Harnessing your skills in cross-departmental coordination, you will maintain contact with other pillars within the Strategic Facilities Management & Business Integration department, drive the standardization of data modeling, analysis, and reporting across programs, and capitalize on automation to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. Utilizing your skills in program support, you will provide organizational support for Performance and Business Integration programs, leveraging data to improve the quality of program design, development, and implementation. Applying your skills in environmental data analysis, you will assess and analyze the environmental sustainability program initiatives and projects, providing insights into organizational progress towards targets and identifying trends through external data analysis from other organizations. Utilizing your skills in administrative support, you will handle administrative tasks for the radiation program (sealed sources and x-ray) and the biosafety program (pathogens and toxins), including support for meetings, audits, reporting, and other program responsibilities. Capitalizing on your skills in strategic development, you will work with the Performance and Business Integration Associate Director and Program Managers to develop strategies, methodologies, and principles that enhance reporting and data analytics, reduce risk, and inform business decisions. Desired education and skills Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business Administration from a recognized academic or technical institute. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data/information management and statistical analysis, report design/layout and testing/data validation.  Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Azure, Excel, Fabric, PowerBI, Word). Working knowledge of database computer language (SQL, JSON) and knowledge of powerapps and power query. Experience in a GMP or other highly regulated space would be an asset. Collaborative, with good communication skills and able to work in a team environment. Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies in a rapidly evolving business environment.
