Now and for generations to come.QuadReal: Excellence lives here.Role DescriptionThe Guest Services Representative will act as a “brand ambassador” for Capilano Mall, enthusiastically promoting the Centre, its stores, programs and services. The Guest Services Representative reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor.This position is permanent and part-time, requiring 36.5 hours per week. The work schedule spans from Friday to Tuesday, coinciding with the mall's operating hours, which are from 10 am to 6 pm, except on Sundays when it opens from 11 am to 6 pm.Responsibilities Respond to shopper’s requests and inquiries, via telephone, email, or in-person, responding in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly mannerMaintain a thorough knowledge of the Centre’s services, stores and locations, merchandise, and upcoming special events and promotional servicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and educate on the Centre’s servicesProactively seek opportunities to create memorable customer interactions, going above and beyond to assist customers, and provide exceptional serviceComply with the roof access, lost and found and wheelchair/stroller sign-out procedures.Support the Centre’s gift card program including handling cash, credit and Interact payment, and reconciling receiptsComplete administrative tasks and conduct all service functions related to the Concierge DeskAssist with promotional and special events as requiredProvide gift wrapping for customers and assist with other related dutiesExperience and QualificationsMust have flexible schedule and with the ability to work at least three days per week on weekdays, weekends, and holidaysExperience in a similar position with exceptional customer service skillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Strong organizational, planning and time management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlinesPositive and friendly "Customer First" attitudeThe expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00.The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which includes a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined contribution pension plan and paid time off.#LI-Onsite#LI-DNPQuadReal Property Group will provide reasonable accommodation at any time throughout the hiring process for applicants with disabilities or for those needing job postings in an alternate format.
