The Event Cook at Elora Mill is responsible for the preparation of high-quality, delicious food in a thoughtful, consistent and timely manner. This individual has an eye for detail and plays a key role in surpassing guest expectations and providing incredible culinary experiences.

  • You have some experience (two years minimum) in a professional kitchen, culinary students are welcome to apply.

  • Have knowledge of and ensure proper food handling practices are used consistently through proper plating, timing, storage, and preparation
  • Responsible for maintaining your station throughout shift, working efficiently, and making cleanliness a priority
