With over 60 years' experience in the industry and branches in 12 Canadian cities, Allmar has built a reputation of integrity and superior customer service.We are seeking a full time Service and Install Coordinator to join our Surrey Branch.JOB SUMMARYAs directed by the Branch Manager, the Service and Install Coordinator will coordinate a full-service installation program in the construction industry. Providing installation, service, maintenance, and customer service for all product sold as supply and install. This is all done within the confines of the company's Mission, Vision and Values.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBut not limited to…Duties• Schedule service / Installation crews to the proper location based on the needs of the customers, sales and project teams.• Garnering a clear understanding of the scope of work and communicating this to the technicians before they go to site.• Coordinate accurate packing of all materials for project with sales and shipping department with an effort to have material ready well in advance of the install start time.• Coordinate the flow of work orders, making sure the proper person is aware if extra stock material or hours used on a particular order so proper inventory can be maintained and the proper hours are billed to an order• Coordinate warranty calls, facilitate no charge work orders with the technicians so they can be passed along to the sales department so they can generate no charge sales orders• Along with the technicians, maintain proper inventory count of all stock located in each service / install vehicle.• Manage on-time scheduling shipping of materials for project; outsource outbound freight• Coordinate with sales and accounting to ensure prompt accurate billings.• Document customer call backs incomplete or deficient work• Responsible for assignment and scheduling of on call program and distribution of overtime using Allmar guidelines for distribution of extra work.• Participate in project postmortems and identify successful and unsuccessful processes within the project.• Provide exceptional customer service; build relationships with industry members• Communicate with general contractor as it relates to install of products• Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES• High level attention to detail• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial• Strong written and oral communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• High level of commitment and accountability to get the job done• Goal and result oriented• Strong mathematical aptitude EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• Industry related courses, designation is an asset• College diploma in related field or equivalent work-related experience• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) WORK CONDITIONS• Sitting for extended periods of time• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer• Travel to visit construction sites, attend site meetings, measuring openings, consulting on site conditions.• Lifting of supplies and materials.GENERAL ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS• Work safely and responsibly to ensure a healthy and safe work environment• Always treat customers, staff and co-workers with dignity and respect• Must be able to work effectively in a team-based collaborative environment• Ability to work under minimal supervision• Presenting and performing to the highest quality standards• Always represent the Company with integrity in an ethical and legal mannerPlease feel free to visit us at www.allmar.com We thank all interested applicants, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.#HP
