Looking for someone that has experience in breakfast cooking
Hours 7:00am-2:30pm
Must be able to work rotating weekends
Responsibilities are :
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service
- Prepare a variety of foods: Breakfast cooking experience a must, must be able to make eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, omlettes on a flat top
: Experience with Flat-top, Fryers & Oven
- Cafe gets busy and must be able to multi-task and cook multiple items at a time
- Keep track of likely shortages & put on inventory list
- Serve menu items compliant with established standards
- Use food preparation tools in accordance with recipe
- Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations / Close POS
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Keep the work area clean throughout the shift
- Must be a team player and work together with other staff
Job Types : Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Salary : $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
