This position is integral to the smooth operations of supply chain logistics and customer relations. You will be responsible for managing accounts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring top-tier service to customers.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of account coordination, including quoting, booking, and tracking shipments.Ensure a seamless customer experience by tracking shipments, solving issues, and communicating updates.Drive margin improvement through efficient operational practices.Ensure compliance with customer volume expectations, responding quickly to quotes and customer requests.Facilitate the qualification of carriers in the TMS and RMIS system.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure ongoing business success.Follow up on any delivery delays or security issues promptly.Qualifications:Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar roles within the transportation industry.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong knowledge of TMS and RMIS systems is a plus.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
