WorleyCord Energy Services, a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., is seeking: Maintenance Planners (Pipefitter Background) to work with our growing project team near Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

To work at our IPL Project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

  • SALARY : $52.14 per hour

  • BENEFITS: 4% Pension & 4% RRSP + CLAC Benefits :

  • OVERTIME : After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week

  • START DATE :ASAP

  • SCHEDULE :9/80

  • HOURS PER DAY :10 hours per day

  • PAY SCHEDULE :Weekly Pay (Friday)

  • SHIFT :Dayshift

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator.
  • Background as a Boilermaker or Pipefitter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in Maximo is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
  • Experience in maintenance, turnaround and shutdown work
  • Knowledge of maintenance techniques and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Willing to support and work in a team environment.
  • Safety conscious individual who understands and demonstrates safe work practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Working with Maintenance GF & Quality team to ensure upfront planning is completed and WO’s are ready to execute in the field.
  • Maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling process in work order system
  • Detailed planning, scheduling and coordination of ongoing maintenance jobs and projects needed to conduct the relevant repair, preventative and predictive activities of the facility and its equipment
  • Planning, scheduling and coordination of Worley Industrial work as well as other onsite contractors
  • Collaborate with supervisors to schedule manpower and resources
  • Maintains equipment information and repair files
  • Assist and backup Stores duties for purchasing of all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work
  • Assist with developing applicable maintenance procedures and job hazard analysis process
  • Work in a team setting with Maintenance and Operations personnel in the planning process
  • Participate in the plant safety, health and environmental programs

Salary : Up to $52.14 per hour

Experience :

  • pipefitting: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Pipefitting Certificate (required)
