Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate select locations for Photo Centre. As a Photo Centre Sales Associate , you report to the Photo Centr e Lead and as a team, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to all customers. In your daily activities, you will display operational excellence, support the OSL brand, add value to our client and meet their business goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Meeting and or exceeding all key business objectives including sales, customer experience and operational targets.
  • Monitor Self Serve Kiosks, ensuring they are operating well, clean and assisting customers with their orders
  • Seek customers input regarding their purchases, looking to optimise the projects they are creating - get creative!
  • Taking care to prepare all custom or online orders for customer pick up.
  • Learning and executing all operational guidelines to ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on printing equipment to ensure customer projects are delivered with pride.
  • Operate the key cutting machine for customers and support the operations of this program.
  • Support any additional customer service offerings as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, weekly coaching sessions with leadership to continuously develop.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, knowing the visual standards for the photo centre, and keeping the area clean, safe and organized.
  • Can lift or move 30-50 LBS and can stand for extensive periods of time
